Tower of the Arch

Torre do Arco forms part of an ensemble with a medieval house, tower, passageway and arcade. The tower, linked to the cathedral deans, preserves its large gateway and is the oldest part, dating from the fourteenth century. The complex grew in the fifteenth century with a Gothic passageway and expanded again around 1550 with a Renaissance arcade.
