Medieval Wall

Tui's medieval wall, ordered by Ferdinand II in 1170, expanded the city towards the river and still preserves long stretches. Its layout reveals medieval urban growth and later defensive adaptations. From this point beside the Miño, visitors can read the relationship between fortification, slope and riverside landscape.
